Moreover, this model is equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine that delivers 426 hp, and this unit is connected to a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission – that is your choice. Unfortunately, Ford offers only one transmission option with this engine, and it is a six-speed manual.

When it comes to the Challenger, there are two potential models that can replace the popular Camaro. With the Challenger, Dodge is preserving its muscle car heritage. If you are one of the people who want a comfortable muscle car with a large V8 under its hood, the Challenger is the way to go. The best option might be the R/T that packs a 5.7-liter V8 good for 375 horsepower. However, there is also the SRT-8 with a 6.1-liter V8 rated at 425 hp – but which model you should choose is a matter of your taste.

For some people, driving a luxury car is what they aim for. Sure, luxury matters, especially when it comes to leaving a good impression. And for that, the best car is the Cadillac ATS. Just like the Camaro, the ATS is underpinned by the Alpha platform which proved to be excellent. Under its hood is a 2.0-liter I4 that delivers 272 horsepower. If you do opt for this vehicle, bear in mind that you will be forced to use the Cadillac’s CUE infotainment system, which is one of the worst you can find. Still, the ATS is a nice alternative to the Camaro.

2. 2008-2013 BMW 1 Series

Even though we are talking about the used BMW 1 Series, it is the car that can have better value than the new Camaro. Under the hood of the BMW is a turbocharged I6 that makes 300 horsepower and there are three transmission options – six-speed manual, six-speed automatic and seven-speed dual clutch. And the price of the 1 Series is drastically lower.
